Our Favorite Banana "Nice" Cream Flavors

PREP


Chop your browning bananas & avocado into little chunks, pop them onto a cookie sheet and into the freezer to freeze flat before adding them all to bags for freezer storage.



YOU WILL NEED


A blender or food processor

Frozen Bananas

Everything else is just a bonus!



Raspberry Sunrise


2-3 cups of frozen sliced banana (2-3 bananas)

1 cup raspberries

1tsp vanilla

1 tbsp maple syrup



Sea Foam Sweetie


3 cups of frozen sliced banana (3ish bananas)

1/2 cup wild blueberries

1/2 cup pineapple

1 heaping tsp spirulina

1/4 avocado (frozen too if you can remember to do this the day before!)

1 tbsp maple syrup

HOW TO


1. Place all of the ingredients in your blender/processor and let them thaw just a bit (five minutes or so).

2. Turn blender on low at first, if you have a Vitamix you can use the pusher stick to push the bananas into the blade!


3. If you are struggling to get your blender going, add a tablespoon at a time of some kind of milk! (oat milk is delicious!)


4. Slowly turn up speed until cohesive and creamy, and serve immediately!


PRO TIP


You can also freeze it in a flat Tupperware covered in parchment + Saran wrap and a lid (to prevent freezer burn/iciness). Take it out 5 to 10 minutes before you want to eat it, and then scoop it using an ice cream scoop!

By setting out toppings like bee pollen, hemp seeds, chia seed, granola, frozen coconut chips from Trader Joe’s, wild blueberries, cacao nibs, and chopped nuts!
